About Us

We call ourselves the Grassroots Impeachment Movement (GRIM). GRIM is a non-partisan, diverse group of activists living in central North Carolina. We have other day jobs. We are engaged in our spare time in a task for which we feel a duty as citizens: helping to defend the achievements of the American Revolution, the Constitution and the freedoms that it guarantees, from a rogue administration that has introduced in this country government that is as contemptuous of those freedoms, and is as imperialistic, as was the rule of King George III.

GRIM employs a multifarious approach to building support for the impeachment of George Bush and Dick Cheney, including, but not limited to, the following: this web site; email; blogging; town hall meetings; petitions; vigils; organizing public events; letters to the editor; guest editorials; meetings with our Congressional representatives; and, passage of local government resolutions. While our focus is North Carolina, we are happy to assist anyone in the United States locate people in their area who are working for impeachment. We are particularly interested in making internet tools and technology available to like minded groups to facilitate organizing in their city, state or region. Please contact us for further information.
